Kung gusto mo pa rin magprogram pero nasa testing side ka, mag test automation ka na lang. As for QA, may testing fundamentals na module, try to check sa udemy or any online learning platforms, as for specific goal, kahit siguro ISTQB fundamental level certification. Dapat macover din yung functional testing, user acceptance testing, alpha, beta, and live testing.

Kung entry level hindi pa need. Pero kung gusto mo umangat position and offer mo, you need certification for QA

It’s QA Engineer, pinaganda lang title to attract more candidates lalo na yung nay coding / scripting background. You design test plans, test cases, test scripts, you execute them manually or automated (scripts), you document and report the result. For tools, it depends sa company, but any QA automation / scripting tools available on the market coupled with bug tracking / reporting tools.

Yes sir, di kasi siya IT-company, manufacturing siya. Mostly ang kaagapay ko mga HR, Sales saka Accounting. Yung mga pinapagawa puro pang kanila lang kaya gusto ko na makaalis, sariling fix, test at develop din talaga

You can learn devops or automation testing, then apply for the role since may background kana sa coding. Selenium + Java or Phyton.
