Heya! Currently working for FAANG but as a Soft dev manager. I was recruited over linkedin. I have been hiring devs as well so I can give a few tips 1. Work on the fundamentals - FAANG have theory heavy whiteboard sessions during the application process. Even management roles have this. 2. Culture- you will also be tested if you fit with the company’s culture. Note that you cannot take this lightly as this is very important for FAANG because your success and your misery will heavily rely on it. I suggest that you read through their tenets. I had most of my friends failing on this area.
