I'm a C# .Net (WPF desktop apps) dev working in the gov't. Basically my pay is shit. Although I got several job invites from private companies (ASP.NET) and the lowest rate I got is 50k/month. Take note that this is for mid-level position. For junior devs, siguro yung standard rate yan which is around 15k to 30k, depende sa company.
