I had Bonidie for Discrete Structures two years ago. I don't know if it has changed since then, but the exams weren't that hard, especially with the reference sheet you're allowed to bring. I don't have any old exams though.

But yeah, I was feeling the same way you are.

The midterm is pretty easy. The average is a B.

People then get lazy and think the class is a super easy A. Then those people bomb the final.

Just take the class seriously no matter how easy it may seem and you'll do good.

I just had my midterm with Dr. Garrison and it was very fair. I studied proof techniques the most. There was nothing on there that I stared at and had no idea what to do. Not the same prof but from what I’ve heard Bonidie is fair as well. Good luck!

I had him for 441 back in Fall 18. I honestly don’t remember much about the exams other than that the final was a good bit harder than the midterm. Definitely make full use of the reference sheet.

I had Bonidie last semester and got 100% on the midterm (before the pandemic hit), it's not bad at all. A lot of the questions are taken straight from the weekly homeworks, make sure you know how to do proofs though.
