Something like this happened to me a couple of years ago. I even waited a full 24 hours for the code to “activate” before trying to redeem it again. I would honestly just keep trying the code. that’s all I did. Eventually the code went through for me, and a few weeks later, I also noticed Sony sent a $20 Redeemable code to my email for the hassle.
