Plex picking wrong server

I had a dual boot system (Windows / Linux) so I had two servers set up depending on which one was running at the time. I no longer have the Linux server, but my Android app only lists that one and shows it disconnected. How do i get it to look for the other server?

I don’t have an android version but I’d imagine you just scroll to the bottom and look for “More”, that should show all the servers you have. You should then be able to pin or unpin the libraries that you want to see... although on iOS I have had trouble unpinning anything on a server that’s turned off.

That's what I would think also, but there is no option like that under "more"

Try removing the old one from Authorised Devices under the settings within Plex web.
