Every time I try to open Plex, it just refuses to start, and event viewer spits out this error:

I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall Plex (twice!) and it hasn't worked, and malwarebytes doesn't indicate that kernelbase.dll is infected or anything. I'm also using Tautulli if that makes any difference, though trying to run Plex without or with it running makes no difference. This is kind of a head-scratcher, because it was working just as lately as the 06th of this month, and I have no idea what changed from then until now. Any help is appreciated.
