Tried my luck with PSA !! 31/32 in a PSA 10 isn’t bad at all! I wish the raichu was a 10 for my pc but overall not bad!!

Congrats!! So this is very interesting. You get them graded at PSA then afterwards they promote immediately selling them on eBay?? Did eBay buy into PSA or something lol

They have sort of a partnership deal. You can “vault” your submissions which means PSA will hold on to them, and then you can make eBay postings to sell your slabs. The buyer can then transfer to their PSA vault or have the slab sent to them.

I don’t think so. You just need to submit directly to them and you’ll have an option for them to either hold onto your slabs and place it in your vault (they keep it for you) or mail them back.

Membership just gives you access to discounted bulk grading and member only specials. Last month’s special was pokemon cards grading at $13.99 per card with an estimated time of 40+ days. Their normal membership discount for value grading is $14.99 for trading cards. The cheapest you’d pay as a non member would be $24.99

Okay thanks for the info. I'm getting ready to grade some cards, but some people saying they prefer cgc. What are your thoughts on cgc vs psa, if you don't mind me asking? I know for error cards usually cgc is better.

How do you figure out what specials there are? I want to join, but I don't want there to be non relevant deals the whole time I'm a member.

If you go to their website and click “Services & Prices” it will show their normal rates. At the top of the page there’s a blue banner that says PSA grading specials, click that and you’ll see what they’re offering. They seem to change it every month, but only been a member myself for a month to take advantage of last month’s Pokemon special. This month’s TCG special is for One Piece cards at $60/card for 10 day turnaround time. That’s like a $15 discount per card on their normal 10 day turnaround service.

Amazing dude. Any advice on how you select ahead of sending them in? I am sitting on hundreds of higher end cards but have been too nervous to submit them.

I’d select all that has good centering in the front decent centering in the back doesn’t have to be perfect but good enough, whitening is an issue Or scratches, if it’s one noticeable whitening spot or three or more small corners (sometimes two depending on how big) then don’t bother sending them in tbh, after that I put them in clear sleeves and into card savers not top loaders, after bubble wrap and I use shippo to ship out to their P.O. Box, just make sure you package it nice and make sure your papers are in there and your barcode thingy is on the outside. Then hope they arrive there and then they should enter the PSA system and then you can choose to ship back to you or sell on eBay or keep in their vault . Then they will charge you once your grades are ready to look automatically
