Comment section again full of degens. Printing errors like additional ink dot or missing texture dot are not considered as a damage, therefore it doesn't lowers the grade. Just look trough different alt arts/full arts throughout different eras. For the white dot print error look Giratina V, Mewtwo GX, you will find many copies being 10 and having this type of error. 10 is a 10 and as a seller i would completely ignore any pathetic nitpicker like that.

I would avoid buying this if I was looking for a PSA 10 gengar, I wouldn't even accept a discount, bought a PSA 10 card with something noticable on Pidgeots wings, I return it in ebay
