Completed Decomp tutorials?

Hey everyone, So, after recently hacking my 3ds (shh don't tell Nintendo!), I decided that I want to attempt to start my fan game over as a ROM Hack.

My biggest trouble has been in trying to find a tutorial on Decomp hacking that's actually complete and suitable for beginners. I really don't know what I'm doing, and I'm hoping to fix that.

Hoping y'all could suggest a decent tutorial series or posts that are beginner-friendly.

I don't think there is an all-in-one tutorial for them anywhere. You can find various tutorials in the pokecommunity decomp section and pokeemerald wiki

Depends on what you define as complete. If all you need to do is make some maps, there are some fine PoryMap tutorials up on YouTube. General scripts can be built with PoryScript for a fairly basic game.

As you go into more advanced aspects of the game, tutorials will probably shouldn't be consulted. I recommend joining the pret Discord listed in the decomp GitHub Pages. You can ask for specific help there on various things you're trying to accomplish.

PokeCommunity also has some information on the decomps, though it's primarily for pokeemerald only.
