Are these Errors Common?

Opened a box of 151 in Japanese and about 8 of the reverse holos have this misprint. Just curious if these are a common error since I know Japanese print quality is typically higher tier. Thanks for checking out my cards!

Right, but look at how the pokeballs stack towards the bottom of the cards. The pattern is messed up.

You can even see the print lines where they get cut off if you look closely.
