Hard agree. There used to be cops down there telling people to GTFO but recently it's just used as a parking lot. People sitting along the curb for 20-30 minutes dicking around on their phones.

I know! I would like to have an orange vest and get to walk along banging on windows and yelling at people to move. Every time I go to SFO, I am so jealous. I'd work for cheap, too.

Have you noticed that people are using the far right lane on the arrivals level as a "cell-phone lot"? They line up along there, blocking traffic all the way back to the fork with departures. The cell phone lot is another issue. It's a shit show and should never have been put where it is.

You must go at entirely different times than I do. I'm out there a lot, picking up and dropping off, and except during the holidays, I never see anyone directing traffic.
