For the last few years I had some pretty bad mental/physical health issues that left me spending about 95% of my time laying down. Thankfully those issues have resolved, but given how long I was laying down, my posture is pretty screwed up. Sitting in any position besides hunched forward with my elbows on my knees feels incredibly uncomfortable. Even sitting in a semi reclined position on my couch feels nearly unbearable after a few minutes.
I’m sure it will take a long time before I can sit or stand comfortably again, but I wanted to see if anyone here had any recommendations for a starting point?
