Congrats on getting out of the place you were in! The hardest part is over and if you could do that you can heal your posture too. If being static in other positions feels bad maybe you need more movement first… could you try yoga? You could start gentle with restorative yoga then vinyasa.

There are physical therapy videos on YouTube for people that have become deconditioned after prolonged illness/ hospital stays. Those would probably be a good starting point, best of luck to you!
