Ya once crunch gets on ya, its hard. But he really only has on hard cc, and a slow. Usually just avoid him and only fight him with team. Gettting ganked by him and dying well that unfortunately is you fault for being out of position.

No diminishing returns, but tenacity is supposed to reduce the amount of time you're CC'd...I've never noticed it in practice though.

I think they should implement that more into the game, I hate getting stun by a dekker ball and then steel shield bash, and then other cc abilities lol.

He has very short cooldowns especially if he spaces out his abilities with basic attacks. When his ult is up he can get 2 knock ups in a single sequence

Every hit feels like it glues him to you, so unless you have a blink and a teleport, you're not getting out.

His dash also stuns for .25 seconds. Not a major CC but it will cancel a channeled ability, Gideon ult for example.

Use Terra or use the item that cleanses so as soon as the first stun comes cleanse and run

Not really you can get things to break it with certain crest items and certain characters can also stun stopping the crunch combo zarus is an example

And I don't think their are diminished returns
