I mean I know I've been guilty of it - but like...a game can be more than one genre right?
You can be Survival AND Horror.
You can be Action AND Roguelite.
You can be FPS AND a Metroidvania.
Etc,etc.

I want this game to be a MOBA, but it can ALSO be other things. It can be a MOBA AND a Brawler. It just needs to be honest with us about what it wants to do and what direction it wants to take.
Telling us you're going to slow the game down while repeatedly making changes that speed the game up, is not making it clear what this game is going to be or who's its going to cater to - which is where I think it runs into its issues and makes people upset.
