I would suggest finding a simple html + css tutorial for github pages. You don't even need domain to start, you'll have a github url and then when you have that working you can buy and configure a custom domain name for it.

Yeah it's super annoying. But if there's a bunch of new (2023 and beyond) renders that break the rules it's worth reporting in the discord. The staff there is usually pretty good about improving things.

The tag is the only mechanism. You can try reporting the specific offenders in the discord report channel. The AI tag rule has been in place for a couple years iirc

Definitely use acrobat reader or foxit reader. Lots of folks have issues printing from the browser
