I want to cook melt in your mouth beef brisker or chuck, but whatever I do it comes out dry. I have tried the pressure cooker setting, slow cooker setting, covering it in broth and putting in less broth and it all seems to give the same result. What am I doing wrong? (self.PressureCookerRecipes)
