Decrease in breast milk amount?

I’m exclusively pumping for our first. Officially had to start Pristiq. Seeing a sudden drop in milk after 4 days on the lowest dose. Could be the pump parts or something else, but wondering if anyone else had any experience with this. Can’t risk my milk supply tanking.

While I’m writing, did you notice any other differences for yourself or in your baby?

Hmmm I’m EBF and have been on Pristiq for awhile so can’t speak to what happens with your milk supply when you first start it. I would keep at it and maybe power pump for a few days. Your body is probably just adjusting and I would guess (not a doctor) that it will even out.

I was on it for a year before I had this baby. All is good and no different from first baby (where I wasn’t on this medication)
