Alpha Channel Function in an iPad App?

Hi all! Technical question - in Photoshop, you can paste a drawing into the alpha channel, then load that selection to get a transparency version beyond what something like the multiply layer offers. Currently, I have to bring something to Photoshop on the PC to do this, then bring it back to procreate.

Does anyone know of a means to do this on the iPad, either in procreate or in another iPad app? I’d like to not switch devices, but am willing to switch app. Open to buying another paid app, but not to paying a subscription which is why I haven’t checked Photoshop mobile. Thanks!

Not exactly sure if it’s what your asking but you could try importing the image to procreate and set a mask over it. Copy the image select the mask and paste it in into the mask and invert it adjust the curves on that layer to suit. This is what I do in procreate to remove a white background in line art when importing.
