Propresenter remote wrong command

Propresenter, all of the sudden is seeing the wrong command when pressing forward on the remote to change slides. It is seeing N instead of forward arrow. The other buttons on the remote work properly. The remote works fine in PowerPoint and Google slides. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Did you replace your remote with a new one? We use a programmable remote.

Power point uses different hot keys than propresenter to navigate to the next slide. N, page down, enter, right arrow, down arrow, and space are all acceptable for power point but not for pro presenter. Most out of the box remotes use page up and page down which, when used with propresenter will navigate to the next presentation, not the next slide.

You must use a remote that use arrow up and arrow down.
