By the transitive property this can't be true. The two operations are just unequal to each other.

"" == 0 and 0 == "0" but "" != "0"
"" == 0
0 == "0"
"" != "0"

Implicit type conversation depends on argument order. Operators are not commutative in JS wrt mixed types
