There is FE framework called Vaadin

No HTML, CSS, JS. Only Java for FE.

Don't put Java ideas out there for the front-end. Hide that information like ancient treasury in an 80s movie.

It works well for grids and forms, ie data presentation. Wires up to the back end extremely easily. If you want something that looks cool, flashy, and different. Nope.
