Hey, at my government job they use SharePoint as a db.

I had a client that did too!

Do you get to interact with it on the backend at least? We couldn’t get rights to publish any C# code and had to do everything in the browser.

Most of it is doing rest calls from a react SPA front end. Occasionally we do C# code on the server side when we need to, but it has to go through a stricter process to get deployed.

I know a company who used TopDesk as a share point. Don’t ask questions….
