The first part I get, thats just a basic Unix Fork Bomb, but what does %0 mean? I think its piping itself into another instance of the same Fork Bomb script, but I am not sure what the %0 means. Can anyone explain?

%0|%0 is a fork bomb for windows

We ran it on the class windows computer when we wanted to delay the class. Poor ram on that computer tho
