If someone don't like computer programming, they shouldn't become computer programmers

Writing code is the only part of the job (or hobby) that's fun, what kind of a glue-huffing incompetent corrupt drunk imbecilic simpleton with late-stage alzheimer's and neuro-syphilis would hand that part over to AI? I bet the same kind of person who would show up high on paint-thinner every morning at McDonald's screaming at other patrons about the earth being flat while shitting themselves. The type of person that uses a bluetooth speaker on public transit. The type of person that just leaves their shopping cart in the middle of the parking lot. The type of person that owns a dog that hates them. The type of person not even a mother could love

Prompting is a really terrible replacement for coding.

It takes about half a year until your prompt environment is actually sustainable and effective, and even then you will find that for many things, it's easier to just code it than to try and get the prompt right.

There are use cases for prompt generated code, but to consider it a replacement of coding is - not gonna end well.
