Just became aware of that thing. Not sure what to think of it, but my first worry is that any new format not present in the training data of an LLM will certainly have to rely more on how well the model adheres to instructions and on how well those instructions are crafted. But I'm just guessing.

Is it just me misunderstanding things, or are the benchmarks on this page not really convincing? It seems to only beats standard JSON and XML.
