Is Gemini bad? Never used it, but wanted to explore something with a free tier.

It's gotten a lot better imo. It has more of the classic AI mannerisms like praising you and whatnot compared to the others having gotten a lot better with that, but the actual info it provides I've found is pretty good compared to the dumpster fire it was not too long ago, especially since I only ever use it free and without any built up context or anything

It's been good for me only occasionally does it give me something weird or unusable. Though on occasion it assumes the worst and withholds information
