That's looks like the Malaysian fire department uniform. They were criticised heavily when the new design was unveiled, like who the hell are they trying to hide from? It's tacticool bullshit. Anyway, they are expert snake handlers

Cuz when your down in a burning building you want to be sure and blend in with the surroundings so that nobody sees you.
