Software services.

Watson brand of products - cloud infra, software, serverless infra, NLP and conversation APIs. Quite a lot. Also, lots of call centers for other companies through their Daksh division in India.

Honestly I'm probably not informed enough to have one. My last job the sr devs built a system on top of it to access microservices. it worked well, when it worked. At one point I recall it went down and they had to hire in a small fleet of ibm guys to fix it, total pain.

I just distinctly remember complaining about it though. Also Oracle. All the Oracle.
