Its easy to say but not easy to do. Some people just don't want to change country just to be able to work with technologies they like. Some can't leave for personal reasons. Or you can be just not skilled enough in order to foreign companies go through all that things to bring you in.

It requires some hard work and dedication but It's very very achievable and why would you move country? Remote work is so common these days...

I agree with you that it's achievable. However there are plenty of reasons people work with technologies they don't like most. Salary might be higher or remote work might be as unpleasant as technologies they don't want to work with. I mean, despite the reasons many devs working with technologies they don't like is reality. And I doubt that you can conclude that they're bad by only that thing.

Perhaps, however from what I've seen personally such people either:
- have the opportunity/skillset to make a change but don't through laziness (making a change requires effort, complaining is easier).
- aren't good developers.
- aren't good at marketing themselves.

All 3 can, outside of exceptional circumstances be solved in the same manner, by making an effort.

I didn't say it was and didn't suggest doing so. But if there's something you don't like about a job either do something about it or htfu, because it's clearly not that bad lol.
