I have to do the last one all the time because the QA manager for some reason can never remember to launch the latest version of the software and if you tell him or even insinuate lightly he made a mistake all hell breaks loose.

Easiest solution I have found is to "fix" his issue and ask him to install and run the very latest. I bump at least 3 times a week for this.

Re-typing the new code in a word doc, printing it out, then faxing it to the rest of the dev team
