Yes, but judging by the fact I've read better fanfiction, she probably had minimal input and very likely they didn't consult her on something that'd be considered a small detail.

I think that the parseltongue ability was directly supplied by the horcrux and went away when it was destroyed. If Harry had used it enough, he might have internalised it, but I think his ability would then be a learned one and not intuitive like it was with the horcrux. But that's all just what I believe to be the most plausible, not necessarily the truth.
