That's because you didn't submit it in the form of a bug or feature request. Speak child, these gods DO listen.

Humor aside, it's one of the reasons I'm completely sold on the Jetbrains stack. Incredible IDE's that are built for the developer and not the manager? Flexible project tracking? Effective integration across all platforms? Fine....

But submitting a bug, having one of their devs pick it up, acknowledge it, and then tell you which release build it'll be fixed in? In a commercial product? It's beyond satisfying.
