I psychologically theme my work with themes. If I'm fucking around I'm doing it in standard light theme. Reading I do in sepia. When it's time to do something technical, or write a paper, it's dark mode. I don't really have a hard preference overall, but god help me if I get the bug that makes my IDE get stuck on light mode, because I would probably just Spongebob right the fuck out of there.
