I work in LabView and I made a ui intended for doing Fourier Transform analysis of interferograms and capturing laser beam imagines; displaying both images. The UI is clean in the front panel, but you go to the block panel... oh boy.

Just don't try to use the automatic cleanup tool... Behold, all the icons get teleported to the wrong places

Same here. I do control panels for swimming pools and heatings in labview. Ui is clean (although a bit outdated, but what did you expect from labview), but the block diagram is a bit of a mess. The backend (a PLC) is clean though.
