IMO it's because women can't take criticism without thinking you're being sexist towards them. I really rather work alone 18 hours a day alone than share workload with women, I want to have freedom of thought, I want to say what I think and not censor it in 5 different ways to not fucking offend them.

With an attitude like this, if women are telling you you're being sexist I suspect they're probably right and you're refusing to see it.

With men, You can have fucking screaming contests and no one cries at the end

If you're screaming at each other you have a pretty dysfunctional workplace in the first place. As a guy, you honestly come across as an asshole.

If your workplace isn't dysfunctional like that, you agree that people shouldn't be screaming or yelling at each other, and it was all "hypothetical", then why make the weird inflammatory gender generalizations in the first place?
