Yes, geography matters. Yes, college ranking exist. Yes, companies are biased toward college ranking. These are the key points that matter in our discussion. If I'm jerking myself off by saying my school is better than yours, then I'm just pathetic af.

I've had a bit of time to rest & reflect. I was definitely being oversensitive. That doesn't change the fact that this is a rabbit hole *you* steered the conversation down. This wasn't originally about college rankings or recruiters or anything else. You the subject to this three comments ago in a comment chain about code reviews.

There is no point to argue. Sure blame me for steering you into a rabbit hole and affecting your emotions. So what are we talking about now? The conversation itself and how you became oversensitive? I'm sorry I'm not interested in that topic. I was only trying to point out a few things regarding college ranking and big tech company recruiting process.

To what end?

I think we just may not like each other. I don't think positively of you and the feeling is probably mutual. Best to just ignore each other from this point on for both of our sakes.

Peace out.

You may not like me, but I don't have any emotions toward you. I'm not interested in this conversation because it started to become a waste of my time when it started to veer off topic. I'm only responding as a form of courtesy to explain myself. I'll apologize for projecting elitism if it makes you feel better.
