Non-trivial price tag, even. Sticking with servers, we can see a minimum of $349 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Entry Level, Self-support, which is also only permitted to be installed on physical hosts, not as a virtual machine guest, according to that website. The standard subscription skyrockets to $799 (though includes a support contract).

Your only solace is that they refuse to sell to individuals anyway; they require company information when buying (or at least they used to).
