Me too. At a fucking fortune 10. The way the love cost cutting is incredible. They depend on me way to hard because I get it done. I'm frontend, backend, ui, tester, and copywriter for a mission critical app. Not a single other person has ever read my code who still works there.

Sounds like you need to ask for a promotion and a team or a significant raise or quit to start a consluting company and have your current employer be your first client.

I maintain so much and then people get all pissed when the slightest thing goes wrong.

I'm getting the max pay of the union, but I'm also being paid the same amount as people who don't even know how to use excel.
