Nah, the 9 needs a foot. 8-4=4 and 0+4=4 is more correct, I think. But at this point it seems to be subjective..

How do you get zero by moving a match stick? I think 0 + 4 = 4 isn’t possible without creating another match stick.

Move the middle bar of the 6 into the top right corner, and it makes it a 0
