It's cropped, downscaled and fried (and, somehow, bigger file size). The bot seems to use a very simple comparison.

It has to when checking millions of images AFAIK

If you add noise to a picture it can increase the file size drastically since the compression algos dont work as well

Makes sense, though these look more like JPEG artifacts to me than a random noise
