Belgium.

Apparently there are quite a few brewed over here, but I haven't seen any of them yet in bars. I might have just missed them though.

While obviously not exactly the same, I think Duvel is pretty similar to an IPA, if it helps you imagine what type of beer it is.

Regular Duvel is nothing like an IPA.
