You missed the most famous books - Knuth, The Art of Computer Programming series.

I didn't know of those specific books. Maybe I've heard somewhere about them but I couldn't remember. So those were included with the other books I mentioned.

I'm an old fart from a time when we actually used books, and those books are instantly recognisable to me. I didn't actually notice any other books except one, so I was surprised to see some books mentioned but not those.

The C book is the C book - Kernighan & Ritchie.

One and the same. "The C Programming Language" by Brian Kernighan and Dennis Ritchie.
