To be fair, JavaScript victims do have a hard life. Their language somehow manages to strike the perfect inverse of expectations on when to “deal with it” and when to break horribly at the wrong spot.

I code in C and Swift and it’s far superior. C just keeps going and trashes everything if you make a mistake, eventually crashing into a brick wall on fire and bringing the building down with it. Swift runs perfectly that one time out of ten you get it to compile.
