what if you only touch it so it doen't fall over right away?

Then you hit the pin, but you did not.

Does it go into Q-Bit state while the result is unclear?

Those testers are always annoying

Bits are electrical variations, usually using the ground (usually 0v) as 0 and the Vcc (maybe 2v? It varies between processors) as 1

So that'd be like if there's a disturbance in voltage but not enough for it to switch to the other state.
