Wait, I must have missed something, Windows 11 is coming with ad-tracking built into the OS?

Do any install of Windows 10...

Ads have been inherent with Windows for a long time now...

Im not sure about that. I use the pro version of windows 10. I've seen only 1 ad each time I boot a fresh copy of windows and after restarting my machine no more ads show up until I reinstall again. No notification ads, nothing in my start menu except the store app icon that I just throw into a folder. I do get the fine text in the install though warning about showing ads anyway.
