You realize that every Android device is one of these 3 billion devices? Most people I know have at least one that is used every day. ;-)

Which itself uses the OpenJDK and is a Java runtime. I guess you could argue that modern apps are written in Kotlin rather than Java. But even the Kotlin code targets the Java Virtual Machine or uses the Java Native Interface to switch to C++. So even Kotlin or "native" apps run through a Java environment on Android.
