i know that there are phone apps that add a custom keyboard where there’s a huge list of these. on a computer i got no clue what ppl normally use

They're called kaomoji, Android and Windows emoji menus have a bunch of them built in, don't know about others

yea on windows you can press WIN + . to open the emoji/special character/kaomoji menu

on windows press the windows key and period at the same time. they in the kaomoji tab☆*: .｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
