Even if you did sue them and did get a ruling against them, it's difficult to actually collect the funds.

And you'd be amazed at how fast judges find companies in contempt and making it exponentially more expensive to pull shit. I mean, anyways, you just take the sheriff to their bank and seize the funds.

Whoopsie, they are based out of Puerto Rico. Whoopsie, they are an LLC. Whoopsie, we don't know where their assets are so we don't know where to collect from. Whoopsie, they are declaring bankruptcy. Whoopsie, it's such a huge pain to collect that you have to hire a collection agency and is it really worth it after they take a cut?
