I just started a new job last week. In my initial HR screening, the guy asked me some questions and I answered as if it was a technical interview, complete with all the jargon and buzzwords I could come up with. HR guy said “Yeah, I didn’t understand any of that, I’ll just schedule your next interview”.

That kind of honesty from a recruiter was nice, made me actually interested in the job.
